I present in full the introduction text that has accompanied us in recent years, because our nature has not changed; it is the same. In fact, we have grown up, started new work experiences that have required personal and professional growth from all of us. EDILIZIA MODERNA s.r.l. is a story! Made of Reward and Inclusion. It is a story made of people. Albania, Italy, Kosovo, Macedonia, Ukraine, Romania are the lands of origin of our employees for fifteen years. The “EDILIZIA MODERNA” office with its meeting room is also a meeting place, where, in addition to business meetings, we share our thoughts, perspectives, and human experiences. EDILIZIA MODERNA is a story of growth and success thanks to these people. It is a team, a family. And this aspect makes a difference for us, allowing us to work in an atmosphere of collaboration, mutual respect, and inclusivity.
OUR PHILOSOPHY
To define myself properly, I should use an English expression: "self-made man". The truth is that it is my personal story that gave me the chance and the privilege to open my eyes. Like everyone, I’ve had my highs and lows; as an Albanian immigrant, I had to face a harsh reality. I had to face and overcome hostilities, prejudices, and judgments from those who saw me as just another one. In fact, this is why EDILIZIA MODERNA is a broader vision. Because it is through respect for others, listening, and inclusion that I found success in business and life. And I translated it into Philosophy, both in Life and in Work. And for me, that’s not a small thing! We believe in our group because it is heterogeneous, welcoming, inclusive, and naturally professional and competent. When there are such premises, everything amplifies, and anything becomes possible.

Together, with passion and professionalism.
